CTLT Advisory Committee

The advisory committee meets monthly to discuss initiatives that serve the mission of the Center and more important, the mission of the University of Minnesota Crookston. Regular communication and discussion continues between meetings to maximize the effectiveness of committee meetings.

The advisory committee leverages existing strategic positioning and planning, institutional research, survey instruments, and external evaluations or measures, such as recommendations of the Higher Learning Commission. Using externally or internally developed inquiry and assessment tools, the committee prioritizes stakeholder needs and targets areas for improvement.

Requests for proposals are presented to the campus community for projects or initiatives with potential for broad impact on the continuous quality improvement process. The committee has responsibility for reviewing and approving proposals and monitoring progress on initiatives.
